A Geriatric Care Manager works with elders and their families to help assess their aging loved one’s needs for care and plan how to provide it in the least restrictive and most supportive environment possible. Care Managers can also act as a liaison when children live far from their parents and can become a stand-in presence for children to ensure their parents receive the best quality of care.

"M y sister and I turned to ILS amidst a terrible family crisis with our elderly parents. Within one day our care manager contacted other professionals and assembled a team to help guide us through a difficult and painful transition. We don’t know how the last three years would have been navigated without ILS steering the ship.” ~ Judy H., Manchester-by-the-Sea, Mass.
