"The help you need in this
time of change."

Caring for elderly parents and loved ones can be challenging in today’s health and economic environment. They deserve the best attention and care possible but we understand how confusing and time consuming the process can be for your family. Especially when you live too far away or life’s other obligations make it difficult.

A Geriatric Care Manager from ILS can help make sure you know what to do. LEARN MORE

Why use a care manager?

A Geriatric Care Manager works with elders and their families to help assess their aging loved one’s needs for care and plan how to provide it in the least restrictive and most supportive environment possible. Care Managers can also act as a liaison when children live far from their parents and can become a stand-in presence for children to ensure their parents receive the best quality of care.

  • Thoroughly assessing your loved one’s functional ability, cognitive status, and living environment alternatives.

  • Researching and reviewing options for care that will provide the services your parent needs.

  • Helping to avoid unnecessary hospitalizations. LEARN MORE

"y sister and I turned to ILS amidst a terrible family crisis with our elderly parents. Within one day our care manager contacted other professionals and assembled a team to help guide us through a difficult and painful transition. We don’t know how the last three years would have been navigated without ILS steering the ship.”    ~ Judy H., Manchester-by-the-Sea, Mass.
